About Our Learnership Program
Our Learnership Program is designed to provide young people and job seekers with the chance to gain valuable education and practical work experience at the same time. It combines classroom-based learning with on-the-job training, helping participants develop the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
The main goal of the Learnership Program is to close the gap between theory and real-world practice. Participants get to learn directly from experienced professionals in their chosen field while working toward a nationally recognized qualification. By the end of the program, learners not only hold a certificate but also have the hands-on experience that employers are looking for.
Our Learnership Program is offered in partnership with accredited training providers and registered employers across various industries such as retail, finance, construction, information technology, and healthcare. This ensures that learners are trained with relevant, up-to-date skills that meet industry standards and open doors to future employment or entrepreneurship.
The program is open to South African citizens, especially youth between the ages of 18 and 35 who are unemployed or seeking to improve their qualifications. Learners receive a monthly stipend during their training, which allows them to focus on learning without financial pressure.
Beyond technical training, our Learnership Program focuses on personal growth — helping participants build communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills. These soft skills prepare learners not just for a job, but for long-term career success.
